Clear and Full Liquids

24 ounces of the "clear" liquids described in Phase 1
24 ounces of "full" liquids, described below

Full liquids contain protein and are often milk-based.

  • Milk with 1 - 0% milk fat
  • calcium-fortified soy milk with < 25 grams of sugar per serving
  • Carnation Instant Breakfast (No Sugar Added) mixed with milks above
  • soy or whey-based protein powder mixed with milks above
  • condensed tomato soup mixed with milks above
  • diet pudding made with milks above
  • fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Light blended or creamy yogurt with no chunks of fruit
I prefer a brand of milk called Simply Smart, which tastes like 2% milk, despite having 0% milk fat.  Lactaid is also allowed, for those with lactose sensitivities.
